The Mindful Health Foundation’s Outpatient Substance Abuse Program
Our Program
The Mindful Health Foundation’s Outpatient Substance Abuse Program is licensed by The Department of Children & Families. We are a truly unique treatment program that integrates cognitive behavioral techniques with a wellness model to address all the needs of a recovering individual. We offer day, evening, and weekend treatment. Our therapeutic activities help participants develop the life skills that are necessary to overcome substance abuse disorders and remain in sobriety. Our program addresses all aspects of the recovering individual’s life: mind, body, and spirit. Life style modifications are implemented by Licensed and Registered Dietitians and Master-level Fitness and Movement Therapists. Each individual has an opportunity to develop sound nutritional and exercise habits. Our dietitians use diet analysis and supplementation to assist our client’s in stabilizing brain chemistry.
