| Diet Analysis |
|
A diet analysis provides clients with a complete assessment of their average dietary intake. This can be utilized to determine deficiencies or excesses in the diet and to assist clients in meeting their nutritional and/or weight goals. Seven days of dietary intake are recorded to provide an accurate picture of your diet.
After entering your dietary intake, a complete nutrient analysis will be conducted. This includes an amino acid profile, food exchange analysis, and graphic analysis. Nutrient deficiencies and nutrient excesses will be identified. A food profile will be completed, and a nutrition summary. This information can be utilized to adjust client's dietary intake to foster achieving rapid weight goals. Once completed, the diet analysis will be shipped directly to the client.
